You will also be reimbursed for shipping the defective cartridge back. The Processing of Color Ink Jets  Step 1. Inspecting          The ink jets are received in from the vendors. They are cleaned and inspected, making sure they have no defects. Such as cracks, broken, etc. If they pass the first inspection, they then, go on to the cleaning part of the processing. Throughout the entire process the cartridges are inspected making sure nothing is wrong with the cartridge.  Step 2. Cleaning          They are then placed in a center cleaning station. This cleans the cartridge inside and out. Then it spins it dry. We clean the cartridge inside and out to make sure the three sponges in the cartridge are fully cleaned and make sure we fill all colors evenly. It also helps to make sure we get the best print possible.  It is then ready to be filled. bStep 3. Filling          The cartridge is then placed in a filling machine, This fills each color at the same time making sure to fill the same amount of ink for each color. We are very careful not to over fill. If over filling happens. This may make the cartridge leak though the head of the ink jet. Which could harm the ink jet. The machine delivers 44 - 45ml of ink into the cartridge. We put a few extra ml of ink in the cartridge so that when testing we know that we can test several test prints. After it passes the testing phase. It has between 42ml of ink. After it is filled it is taken out to the testing area.  Step 4.Testing          Each and every cartridge is tested on a printer that is hooked up to a computer. The cartridge goes though at least 5 to 10 test prints before it is passed on to boxing. Making sure it is 100% Ready to be passed on to the consumer.  Step 5. Boxing          The cartridges are then cleaned, new labels affixed and placed in a sealed anti static bag, boxed and sent over to finished goods ready for sale.
